Thank you to everyone who took part in the LKS survey during May. Your feedback helps us to improve our service, making sure that it is designed to meet your needs.

Popular services and resources

The services and resources you use the most include our study and workspaces, online resources (e-journals, databases, and clinical decision support tools), acoustic pods, as well as our books and IT facilities.


What you value most

You thought the LKS staff were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive - which is always nice to hear Emoji of a beaming face. You also appreciated the tailored support for clinical teams and students and being able to get fast access to high-quality information.
