You told us that the service plays a key role in improving patient care, leads to more informed decision-making, contributes to service development and delivery, and helps with your professional development and study.

Popular services and resources
The services and resources you use the most include our study and workspaces, online resources (e-journals, databases, and clinical decision support tools), acoustic pods, as well as our books and IT facilities.
What you value most
You thought the LKS staff were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive - which is always nice to hear
. You also appreciated the tailored support for clinical teams and students and being able to get fast access to high-quality information.

Facilities and access
You describe our Library spaces as welcoming and well-equipped. Areas for improvement included the lack of space for using laptops.
