Wellbeing Books

The wellbeing collection will help you to understand and look after your physical and mental health and wellbeing. It includes titles on long-term health conditions and disabilities, mental health issues, menopause, healthy eating, mindfulness, and general wellbeing.

Health stories are personal accounts by those working in health settings or living with conditions such as dementia or physical illnesses and disabilities.

Wellbeing Boxes

Borrow our boxes to bring some Wellbeing into YOUR ward or department.

Working in partnership with the Health Work and Wellbeing, we have stuffed our boxes full of wellbeing books, information and goodies for you including:

  • A selection of books from the wellbeing collection.
  • A folder full of leaflets and information on Health, Work and Wellbeing events across the Trust. 
  • Reading lists, wellbeing resource lists, information and leaflets about the Library and Knowledge Service and how we can help you.
  • Free goodies to take away.

Reading is good for you!
