National Day for Staff Networks 2025
Published Date: 13th May 2025
Wednesday 14th May is the National Day for Staff Networks.
Staff networks work in partnership with the Trust to create a safe, inclusive and diverse working environment that encourages a culture of respect and equality for everyone. The Networks are there to give you a voice, giving you the opportunity to discuss your experiences and issues in a safe space.
We have seven Staff Networks within the Trust:
- Abilities @ MWL (Disability and Wellbeing)
- Armed Forces Community Network
- Building A Multicultural Environment Network
- Carers Network
- Menopause Network
- Proud@MWL
- And the recently created Women's Network
You can find out more about the Networks, what they do and where and when they meet on the Trust Intranet.
