Introduction
Tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) overdose is an important cause of mortality and morbidity among those taking intentional overdoses. This case presents a patient with predominantly cardiac and neurological toxic features and the management and evidence base for currently recommended practice when treating TCA overdoes is discussed.
